Order Delivery
- We always pace up when it comes to delivery so that the client gets the product in right time, through our courier channel partners, the item is well packed and shared through the courier partners to reach your destination.
- Manufacturing process begins as soon as the order is being placed and an estimated delivery date is also conveyed to the client.
- Real time update on the order being placed is shared to the client via WhatsApp/ Message to ensure that the client is also involved and updated in regards with the current tracking of the shipment.
- Once the Client contacts us , a quotation is send from our internal team and once the order is confirmation is sent via email, a Purchase Order is sent to the client, payment details are shared and 50% of the Quote is received as advance.
- The Details are shared through WhatsApp or Message for easier access and we ensure that the client is well notified in progress of their order being placed.
- Service are offered to the clients where they can collect the product through their preferred mode of transportation from the plant.
